Rosie Kefford
Founder, Educator & Brow Specialist
Hello, I'm Rosie, a Salon Owner, Semi Permanent Brow Artist, previous College Lecturer & Assessor and a Mum to two boys.
Since leaving school I've been immersed in the beauty industry, discovering my passion for Bridal Make-Up and Semi Permanent Brows along the way. I’ve gained a reputation for my natural, radiant bridal styles, having had the pleasure of working with over 300 brides and their parties.
Most recently I decided to concentrate exclusively on semi permanent brows due to the demand and waitlist for my signature hair stroke technique. Training in Semi Permanent Brows has transformed my life both physically and financially, allowing me to work fewer hours while increasing my income. I’m excited to help others embark on a similar journey and share all that I’ve learned.

Hello, I’m Becky, a self-employed Beauty Therapist at Rosie’s Beauty Specialists and a Mum of two.
With almost 13 years in the industry, my love for beauty began at a young age. I joined Rosie’s while completing my college studies and in between I've spent a year working as a Beauty Therapist in New Zealand.
I specialise in Skincare, Brow transformations, and Make Up. It’s been a privilege to be involved in weddings and create lasting connections with clients.
My most popular treatments are Eyebrow shaping and Dermaplaning, which I adore for the radiant glow and smooth skin it provides my clients. I’m excited to teach & share its advantages with our students.

1. Upon completion of your course you will receive a fully accredited qualification and certificate which allows you to obtain insurance ready to work in the beauty industry.
2. Continuous contact and support with your educator for any advice you may need.
3. All learning support and course materials are yours to keep which allows you to refer back to along with the free beauty & business e-books and downloads for further optional knowledge.
4. We have a "competent to pass policy" where we will continue to train, encourage & support you until both educator and student feels ready to work at a good standard on clients.
5. All students gain access to our private support group where you can ask questions to other students or educators in the industry.
6. Opportunities to revisit the academy for refreshers in order to become the best possible specialist working at an excellent standard.
7. In-depth training conducted by experienced therapists who will teach you what it takes to work at an award winning level.
8. 1:1 or 1:2 training during practice and assessment per course to ensure the best support and guidance throughout.
